Shima is a great alternative to Benihana if you’re looking for the hibachi experience. This restaurant has a very nice touch of Japanese decorations and its well kept with great service. It is a classy and casual atmosphere, but if you want to dress up feel free to do that ass well.. The food is very tasteful and healthy. Your personal chefs are friendly with impressive cooking tricks. They offer happy hour and they have drink that offer great souvenir cups.
